Welcome to Madison Manor

Madison Manor is a quiet neighborhood lined with brick streets and surrounded by beautiful trees. Our neighborhood is in a partially wooded setting that borders the Madison Golf Course and West Peoria. We are within five miles of downtown Peoria, Methodist Medical Center, OSF St. Francis, Bradley University, Interstate 74 and Caterpillar. Madison Manor consists of these streets; Sterling Avenue, Manor Parkway, Moss Avenue, Melrose Place, Kickapoo Terrace, and Sherman Avenue.

The goal of the Madison Manor Homeowners Association is to maintain our community’s unique beauty and the safety of our neighbors.

MMHOA sponsors several social gatherings throughout the year such as a Fourth of July ice cream social and a kids Halloween parade. Quarterly meetings are held in February, May, August, and November. Neighbors can sign up to receive email notifications about important neighborhood happenings by filling out this form.
